Subscribers of Pharrell Williams are currently receiving his first Quarterly Co. package in the mail containing "I Am Other" products - the name Will.i.am warned him not to use.

As a contributor to the company, Pharrell was able to decide what to include in the package. On his contributor page he wrote, "The theme of my Quarterly mailings is curiosity. I think it's important to live each day like a student. Learn new things, exercise my mind and devour culture like an archaeologist. Whether it's a book or something I just think is cool, every item I send has inspired me to feed my curiosity."

Included in the $50 package is a written letter by Pharrell, sheet music for the I Am Other score he composed, an "I Am Other" branded flash drive with the score file inside, a copy of The Alchemist, post-it notes that feature Pharrell's photo-copied notes, a signed photo of a plant he took and gift card to Luminosity.

In June, Will.i.am sent Pharrell a cease-and-desist letter informing Pharrell that he owns the rights to the paired words "I Am" and told the singer not to launch a brand under the name "I Am Other." Pharrell filed a counter lawsuit in federal court in the beginning of July, according to TMZ

In the suit, Pharrell argued that "I Am" is used by Will.i.am in a rhyming/Dr.Seuss way, while the Get Lucky singer uses the term to mean, "'I am something else,' leaving what that 'else' is to the imagination of the consumer. It certainly does not mean 'I am Will.' "

Pharrell's first package (#IA001) was shipped the end of June, after which he tweeted, "My first @Quarterly mailing ships today. Thanks to everyone who subscribed."
