Following his meal with Kim Kardashian at Jeff Bezos' Los Angeles residence just a few months ago, Pete Davidson is slated to soar into space on Blue Origin's voyage next week as the latest celebrity set to receive an astronaut certification.

After all the drama with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, many would say this is good reprieve.

The 28-year-old "Saturday Night Live" star is scheduled to lift off from Launch Site One in West Texas at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23.

One of six persons chosen to participate in the fourth human flight for the New Shepard program, Davidson will soar approximately 65 miles above the Earth's surface during an 11-minute journey.

A few minutes of weightlessness above the Earth's surface are given to passengers before the capsule descends and landing in West Texas desert. The ticket price for paying clients has not been made public by the corporation.

On Monday, a Kardashian spokesperson declined to comment on the imminent space voyage of her lover. The reality TV star's presence at the launch site is still up in the air.

Pete Davidson is yet to personally speak about this space journey.

His crew includes Party America CEO Marty Allen, SpaceKids Global founder Sharon Hagle, Tricor International CEO Marc Hagle, University of North Carolina entrepreneur and explorer Jim Kitchen, and Commercial Space Technologies, LLC president Dr. George Nield, who has previously visited all 193 countries recognized by the United Nations.

It has been reported by People Magazine that astronauts like Davidson and other Blue Origin passengers would go with a postcard as part of their Postcards to Space Program, which allows students to travel to space on Blue Origin rockets.

A primary goal of the initiative is to encourage the next generation to seek careers in the STEM fields for the sake of the planet.

Pete is thrilled, according to a close friend who spoke with Page Six earlier in the month.

At Bezos' $175 million estate in late January, Davidson and Kim had the opportunity to meet the Amazon founder, where the comic 'got on extremely well' with Bezos during their dinner party, according to the source.

For the first time in July 2021, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos soared into space aboard Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket.

As a co-pilot, Wally Funk became the oldest person ever to fly into space at the age of 82, making her a pioneering female aviator.

As a last-minute replacement for a visitor who was unable to travel due to a schedule difficulty, Oliver Daemen, an 18-year-old Dutch high school student, joined the billionaire and his brother Mark on this phenomenal flight.
