Justin Bieber must be addicted to getting tats.

The Never Say Never singer showed off his newest tattoo last night on Instagram

The 19-year-old's brand new ink is a large rose on his left arm, pretty much completing his sleeve. The rose sits around the side of his elbow, above an owl tattoo on his forearm.

Shortly after Bieber posted another Instagram photo of the new tattoo from a different angle, captioning the photo "Art."

Bang Bang, a tattoo shop in New York City posted on photo of Biebz's new piece with the caption "Here y'all go! @justinbieber new tattoo." The shop also shared a video of the Canadian singer showing off his tattoos with the caption, "My boy @justinbieber back for more."

Bieber has a quite a few tattoos. In addition to his now finished sleeve, he also has tats on his ribs, chest and legs. Last month the singer made headlines when he got his mom's eye tattooed on the inside of his left arm.

While the singer's tattoos are something to be admired, Germany officials are more concerned with him paying fees for the monkey he was forced to leave there when he didn't bring the right paperwork on tour.

Officials are asking for $8,000 to pay for the animals' vaccinations, accommodations and transportation.

The monkey was reportedly transferred to the Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen in June after spending many weeks in quarantine.

Bieber must pay the next time he comes to Germany or risk being denied entry
