Even though Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's defamation trial has been over for more than three weeks, the "Aquaman" star is still getting a lot of attention.

Many YouTubers make videos in a journalistic style to make money off of Heard's loss against her famous ex-husband and the videos they post.

For those who don't know, the star of "Pirates of the Caribbean" sued Heard over an opinion piece she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018 in which she said she had been a victim of domestic violence.

A YouTuber known as "That Umbrella Guy" makes thousands of dollars each month by covering the whole Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial.

The news outlet says that in his videos against the blonde beauty, he smears her image and says bad things about her.

Christopher Bousy, the CEO of Bot Sentinel, called Matthew Lewis "That Umbrella Guy" after he said the YouTuber makes $1 million a year "making low-budget YouTube videos" about Heard.

He said that Lewis makes $80,000 a month writing "low-budget ramblefuckery" and that the social media star has financial reasons to keep the drama about the former power couple and, especially, Heard going as long as possible.

Eve Barlow, who is friends with the actress, criticized The Umbrella Guy, who is said to use dramatic text in his videos.

She asked her followers in a tweet if they knew that these "so-called YouTube journalists" make that much money "making stuff up" and "obsessively posting videos about Amber, her friends, and family."

Then she began a Change.org petition to stop people from making money off of hate.

After losing the high-profile defamation trial, Barlow asked her fans to sign a petition to stop "internet journalists" on YouTube from making money off of Amber Heard's "pain."

In the tweet that has the link to the petition, Barlow also talked about four other people who made money off of her friend.

Alyte Mazeika said she made $5,000 in one week on YouTube. Nick Rekieta made $135,000 during the trial. Emily D. Baker is said to have made $168,000 from April 11 to June 1. Larry Forman sold his trial notebook on eBay for almost $15,000.
