Amber Heard is facing mounting worries after being constantly ridiculed online despite losing her high-profile defamation lawsuit.

The whole six-week trial enthralled the country, with claimed jurors from the trial even coming forward to make astonishing accusations that occurred in court but were not caught by cameras.

One of them even said that the "Aquaman" star lost the case due to her manner on the stand and the alleged "crocodile tears" she shed when making domestic violence charges, which the jury apparently found unconvincing.

However, trauma specialists cautioned against judging witnesses' reliability only on how they emotion throughout their testimony.

According to specialists, victims of sexual or domestic abuse may not even show any indications of abuse while retelling their ordeal.

Those who survived the abuse may appear concerned or scared while recalling their recollections, but they quickly flicker as their bodies try to settle down tension.

Insider talked with clinical psychologist Kate Porterfield, who stated that abuse victims might appear "flat, impersonal, and even disconnected."

She went on to say, "All of this is difficult for juries to understand because it seems counterintuitive that a person could look flat or maybe even bored, or that a person would have difficulty remembering details of something horrific that she suffered."

Another clinical psychologist, Jim Hopper, stated that making judgements based on how someone exhibits emotions is normal since it is a human feature that cannot be avoided.

However, he reiterated, "The question is, what knowledge base do you have?"

"If they were traumatized, then are you capable of empathizing with someone who might express that trauma in a variety of different ways?"

Some people have started to defend Amber Heard and are speaking up against the massive amount of hate being posted to social media about her every day.

Social media users took to Twitter to say she's being bullied "until she dies" and added, "Don't you see how they're contributing to abuse?"

According to Christopher Bouzy of Bot Sentinel, a company committed to combating disinformation and targeted abuse online, whether Heard lied or not, no one has the right to cyberbully her or those who support her.

"Who made you the judge, jury, and executioner?"

This also comes after Amber Heard broke down in tears during the trial and revealed to the jury while on the stand that she received death threats and relentless mocking online during the entire duration.
