Is Armie Hammer leaving acting to work as a hotel concierge?

After sexual abuse claims arose last year, a producer on "Desus & Mero" tweeted an image of a poster that appeared to depict the beleaguered actor as a concierge employed at Morritt's Resort in Grand Cayman.

Muna Mire tweeted, "My friend's parents went on vacation in the Cayman Islands, and armie hammer was their concierge. I'm still not over it."

However, the image in question depicts some useful information for customers seeking additional discount certificates when dining in local restaurants and participating in activities such as deep-sea fishing and other excursions.

"I am your personal concierge and am here to help you get the very best from your vacation," the leaflet says.

Armie Hammer's lawyer, Andrew Brettler, addressed the claims that the "Social Media" star was looking for a new job in the hotel sector.

The lawyer told Varietythat the flier was a forgery and a prank.

A resort employee further verified to the outlet that the flyer was only prepared as part of a prank, and that Armie, who has been living on the island for the duration of the epidemic, is a visitor but does not work there.

The employee went on to say that the "Call Me By Your Name" actor is acquainted with certain hotel employees and even plays golf with them.

Armie also believes that some of the persons who prepared the leaflet humorously distributed it to some of the resort's hotel guest rooms.

The prank has drawn attention to the scandal-plagued actor, who has been maintaining a low profile on Cayman Island since a few women accused him of emotional and physical abuse last year.

According to the ladies, Armie sent them texts about sexual performers and frightening thoughts such as fetishizing violence.

Armie Hammer slammed the accusations made by these ladies after they went viral.

In March 2021, a woman called Effie accused the "Rebecca" actress of "violently" raping her for "nearly four hours in Los Angeles" in 2017.

In a news conference, she also claimed that Armie "repeatedly smacked" her head against a wall, resulting in a damaged face and other acts of violence that she allegedly did not consent to.

Armie's counsel has rejected all of the charges, and after all, the actor sought treatment for drug, alcohol, and sex difficulties in Florida in May 2021.
