Demi Lovato has officially released the second single from their upcoming album, Holy Fvck, AND the track list, and we are PUMPED.

Demi Lovato is back, and better than ever. A few short weeks ago, the former Disney-star-turned-worldwide-phenomenon announced that they had a new album on the way. With this album, they promised a no-holds-barred level of openness and honesty.

From the first song released, "Skin of My Teeth," which largely addresses Demi's struggles with addiction and the harmful effects of the press's attention, we are confident the icon means business.

Just yesterday, the star released the second single from the album, "Substance." The official video was released only nine hours ago, and is already seeing hundreds of thousands of views.

Following the thread of blunt honesty, this song addresses society in a way that is entirely bereft of any sugarcoating (in a ROCKING way!) Through the song, the singer actively seeks substance in the world, tired of the performative way everyone makes their way through life.

Lovato has also announced the track list for the highly-anticipated album Holy Fvck. The songs include:
