Tyler Henry, a medium and psychic, predicted the relationship involving the Good American creator and "365 Days" star Michele Morrone in a recently resurfaced video.
Fans erupted after a Kar-Jenner fan account published a sample of the video on TikTok over the weekend.
Following their PDA-filled outings together at Milan Fashion Week, rumors began to circulate that the Italian actor and the mother-of-two were dating.
This would be Khloe's first public romance after her divorce from baby daddy and serial cheater Tristan Thompson.
Tyler warned Khloe to avoid a potential lover whose name begins with a "M," according to TikTok user @ nowayjosay in his video.
He then presented the video clip in which Tyler states, "There is a man with an M name that I don't care for and it's not a traditional name, like Michael."
The psychic said, "This person is going to be romantically interested and let's just say 'no.' So, sorry Marcos or whoever you are, just remember that's a big red X."
Many viewers were taken aback by the video, with one commenting, "How he so accurate?" regarding the name of the future lover.
