Filming has wrapped on the season premiere of Supernatural and new details continue to emerge about the sci-fi hits fall return.

Possibly titled "I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here," the season 9 premiere picks up where last spring's "Decent" left off. Angels have fallen, Crowley (Mark Sheppard) is still reeling from the effects of the half-finished cure, Abaddon (Alaina Huffman) is on the loose and Sam (Jared Padalecki) is exceedingly ill.

The episode will introduce two new angels, Ezekiel and Hael. Now occupying a human vessel, Ezekiel will be played by Tahmoh Penikett of Battlestar Galactica.

Described as a "dignified warrior angel injured in the Fall," according to The Hollywood Reporter, it sounds like Ezekiel will have just as much trouble as Castiel (Misha Collins) when it comes to adapting to life as a human.

"Cas isn't a dramatically different personality when we first see him at the beginning of season nine. He's still Castiel. In fact, he doesn't even initially know that he's powerless or that he's human, so he's gradually experiencing that humanness and sort of folding it into his personality," Collins told the Examiner of his character. "There's moments of real comedy there, but it feels much more grounded in the reality of what's going on and more out of truth in the story than it has at times in the past."

One of these moments involves Castiel learning how to handle such mundane a task as laundry. New images from Spoiler TV show Collins filming a scene at a laundromat on Aug. 2. Taken on the ninth and final day of shooting for episode 1 , it was also the first day of shooting for episode 3, so fans may have to wait a little bit to see Castiel take off his trench coat.

Supernatural returns to the CW on Oct. 8.
