Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's relationship dynamics have changed, with the former becoming more powerful, according to a body language expert.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex watched the Vancouver Canucks vs. San Jose Sharks game in Vancouver, Canada, Monday night. They looked relaxed and were even seen dancing when the Canucks scored a goal. Body language expert Darren Stanton weighed in on the royal couple's dynamics based on their interaction during the outing, and he felt that the royal prince was becoming more confident.

"In the past, Harry would be a more introverted version of himself when he was alongside Meghan and more extroverted when he was by himself, but now he seems to have found himself," Stanton told Mirror.

"He has come into his own and is his own man. I think he has found his inner strength, previously he hasn't shown this despite his position, and it looks to have shifted in a way. I think Meghan recognizes that Harry is a powerful person as a royal, and I think she might feel slightly less dominant at that moment."

He pointed out that the royals were both confident. However, he just felt that Prince William's brother was more relaxed than usual.

"Harry doesn't look nervous at all, which is quite unusual, as it is usually when he is on his own that he comes across this way, but he appears very confident and relaxed. It seems as though something in the dynamics or the power balance of the relationship has shifted," he continued.

This isn't the first time Stanton spoke about the Sussexes' non-verbal cues. He also previously said that Prince Harry's confidence had increased, and he was more genuine when his spouse wasn't around because, with Markle by his side, he seemed to be in a "protective role" and tended to be "more reserved."

"When he is on [his] own, Harry has a sense of openness that we rarely see otherwise; he is very authentic in his emotions, and his confidence increases as he doesn't need to take on a protective role," Stanton said.

Prince Harry and Markle have been married for five years already. They tied the knot in St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on May 19, 2018. They share two children, son Archie, 4, and daughter Lilibet, 2.
