The Rock -- real name Dwayne Douglas Johnson -- took to his Instagram account on Saturday to share his alleged "first ever In-N-Out burger experience," but this backfired when his older posts resurfaced.

As seen in his latest reel, The Rock ordered three double burgers and seven orders of fries. He also took pictures with an In-N-Out manager.

The caption of his video reel on Instagram read, "My first ever @innout burger experience. Rolled up in my pickup and tried to be cool [as f**k] with my order."

He continued, "But I didn't know the lingo, didn't know who to pay, where to pay, didn't know s**t..."

The Rock's caption seemingly made it look like it really was the retired professional wrestler and actor's first time at the fast food chain.

However, based on The Rock's older posts on Instagram, he had been to In-N-Out twice in the past six years. The first one was in 2017.

In February 2017, the "Moana" star shared his "first time" pulling in an In-N-Out drive-thru. In his post was his selfie with an In-N-Out manager named Victor and a staff member.

"I've never been to In-N-Out before (I know, what an a*****e) but when my lovely ladies @laurenhashianofficial and @simonegjohnson wanted [a] late-night grub, I happily obliged and pulled in the drive-thru," The Rock wrote in the caption.

"...You made my ladies very happy with the burgers, fries and shakes and that's what it's all about," he continued.

"If our 'Moana' wins the Oscar this Sunday, I will return -- in my tux and completely destroy multiple burgers and fries to celebrate. I'm talkin' about takin' a cheat meal to another level," he added.

While The Rock seemingly didn't order anything for himself and only made the late-night run for his wife Lauren Hashian and daughter Simone, he used the hashtag #NewestAndBiggestFan after his "first" In-N-Out drive-thru experience.

Five years later, in August 2022, the wrestler-turned-actor posted a video of In-N-Out cheeseburgers with two bottles of Teremana tequila, a tequila brand he founded.

The Rock captioned his post, "A #cheatmealsunday for the history books! My first time ever eating @innout..."

Ending his long caption, he stated, "This cheeseburger connoisseur will now add In-N-Out to 'the list.' Enjoy your cheat meals, my friends."

After different media outlets, including Page Six and TMZ, dug up The Rock's older posts to contradict his latest claim, several netizens reacted to the issue.

One X user tweeted about The Rock's claim of heading to In-N-Out for the first time in three separate instances and wondered why not many people noticed it.

"He probably forgot," a different user commented on TMZ's tweet about the Hollywood star's "lie."

"Maybe it was his first time at THAT in n out," wrote another netizen on Page Six's report.

Meanwhile, others seemed to have paid attention more to The Rock's wholesome interaction with the In-N-Out staff than the fact that he had been to the fast food chain twice before his latest post.

"It's so nice to see how kind you are to everyone," one user commented on his Instagram reel.

Another wrote, "If being famous had one single purpose, this is it."
