Taylor Swift has already begun her "The Eras Tour" shows in Singapore, but fans have started to worry about the singer's health.

On Monday night, Swift alarmed some fans because she appeared unwell while performing. A clip of her from the concert circulated online, and it showed her coughing and clearing her throat several times while performing her song "Delicate."

The post immediately garnered several responses, with many hoping Swift was okay, especially since her tour has been going on for months already.

"I was there and so worried about Taylor," one commented with a pleading face emoji.

Another wrote, "Ya, we noticed that yesterday too."

"[Y]ou can hear a raspy tone in her voice, she also seems more calm and reserved in her movements [pleading face emoji] the show must go on... a queen," a third person opined.

"[O]h no..finally, I was wondering how she can do all these eras tour without getting sick coz damn queen was performing with all that rain n heat," another added.

Some speculated that the "Reputation" singer was exhausted after doing several tour stops. Also, many believe it was due to the weather since she has been performing in different countries and has to adjust to different climates.

"It would be the weather. Starting in Melbourne where the air is not humid and cool, then four nights in Sydney where it's humid, then to Singapore," one wrote.
