In 2022, Jackson, who was 37 at the time, faced public scrutiny when two anonymous plaintiffs, known only as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 in the legal arena, came forward with disturbing accounts involving the reality TV figure. Both claimants are seeking damages upwards of $500,000, citing the emotional turmoil they endured.

One woman said that she encountered Jackson through the dating app Bumble in January 2018, where he allegedly exposed himself inside his locked car. Despite extending forgiveness following his apology, convinced of his sincerity, she continued to engage with Jackson. However, a subsequent incident unfolded when Jackson, in a purported state of severe inebriation, allegedly assaulted her while she was drifting off to sleep.

She claims he forcefully restrained her and subjected her to unwanted intimate advances.

The second plaintiff claims that she too fell victim to the Los Angeles native's misconduct after accepting an invitation to his residence in July 2020. According to her testimony, despite sharing a glass of wine with the media personality, they were both sober when the alleged encounter took place. She claims she consented to one type of intercourse, but claims Jackson forcefully penetrated her elsewhere.

Jackson maintains his innocence amidst the allegations. The women involved are seeking compensation for various grievances, such as shattered trust and significant emotional distress, totaling approximately $503,644.91 each in general damages. This includes funds for pain, suffering, and disruptions to their lives, as well as additional compensation for emotional turmoil.

Moreover, they are requesting coverage for legal costs. The women are also pursuing punitive damages and reimbursement for medical expenses, including psychological treatment.

On social media, Jackson denied the accusations, saying he was "being falsely accused" by "two with women without a lawyer present and the police let me freely leave."

"Here is why: My arriving and departing Uber receipts proved when, where and the time I was with these women and the truth is my receipts proved I was completely out of the vicinity," Jackson continued. "In addition to that, I provided screenshots of text message communication the day after they filed police reports. The authorities looked at all my evidence and let me, a six foot, four inches tall Black man leave that precinct without a doubt because I did no wrong. I am innocent, I did not hurt or harm those women."
