Pictures taken from the set of Season 3 of Girls, and Judd Apatow and Lena Dunham's interaction-session with fans via Twitter, offer fresh clues about the upcoming season.

Earlier this week, Vulture compiled the latest images from the show's film locations. They don't give away much about the story, but they definitely hint at the sartorial choices that Hannah (Dunham), Shosh (Zosia Mamet), Jenna (Jemima Kirke), and Marnie (Allison Williams) make, as they evolve or devolve as twenty-somethings in New York.

Last week, the show's producer, Appatow, and creator, Dunham went on Twitter to address fan's queries.

Dunham shedded some light on the sex-life of Ray (Alex Karporovsky) at a fan's urging.

"Don't wanna spoil anything, but if yr into seeing Ray get laid you will love season 3!" she tweeted.

Dunham also affirmed that the show's dance-friendly vibes will go up a notch.

When asked, "Is there anyway you could incorporate a 'Romy and Michele-esque' dance into the coming seasons of Girls?" Lena said, "I swear to G-d we do." 

It was recently announced that Felicity Jones will join the list of guest stars--Richard E Grant (Withnail and I), Michael Zegen (Boardwalk Empire), Jennifer Westfeldt (Friends with Kids), Sarah Steele (the To-Do List), Melonie Diaz (Fruitvale)--set to appear in Season 3.

The show's director Jesse Peretz tweeted about shooting with Jones and Grant on Aug 6.

"Insanely happy to be directing the hilarious Richard E Grant and the luminous Felicity Jones today. #GIRLS," he wrote.

HBO later confirmed that Jones and Grant will guest star on the show.

Season 3 will air in January of 2014.
