Nude and topless photos of a woman that is alleged to be Demi Lovato are up for sale to the media ahead of the season 3 premiere of The X Factor.

Radar Online published a report on Monday that a source emailed more than 20 images of a woman that looks like Lovato. In the email of the images being offered for sale, the mystery source insists the photos are of the former Disney star.

"These are Demi," the source wrote, according to Radar Online. "The collection I have show some nude, including face, some including parts of the body Demi is known for - tattoos, butt, chin. Then, I have pictures of her getting rowdy... I can guarantee you these photos are legitimately of Demi."

Radar Online were unable to verify if the images are Lovato. The report, however, claims that the woman in the pictures has the same massive arm tattoo of 12 black birds as the former Sonny With A Chance actress. It is unknown how the images were acquired but the report suggest Lovato may be a victim of hackers.

Lovato will return to the judges' table of The X Factor for season 3 next month. She will sit alongside Simon Cowell and newcomers Kelly Roland and Paulina Rubio for Fox's hit reality competition show. Fox announced on Monday that Lovato has signed on for another second gig with the network--the Heart Attack singer will appear on Glee for a recurring guest role.

Lovato will play Dani, a New York City based struggling artist friend of Rachel (Leah Michele ) and Santana (Naya Rivera). She will appear on at least six episodes during season 5. Lovato will first appear in the season's second episode when it premieres on Oct.3

The X Factor's two-night premiere will begin on Sept. 11 & 12 at 8 p.m. EST/7 Central on FOX.
