In tonight's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Jacqueline Laurita will confront Penny Drossos about rumors that her son Nicholas doesn't have autism.

In the preview video below, Laurita confronted Teresa Giudice's friend, she dared her to "say it to her face" that her husband did not say the rumor.

"He never said that ever," Drosses counters. "If I had a problem, I'd say it to you. I'm not going to hide from anybody."

Laurita then brings up another issue to Drossos she doesn't approve of-- The Drossos' insulting Twitter comments.

"I read your Twitter and it was very attacking," Laurita tells Drossos. "On yours and your husband¹s. Where's that coming from?"

The confrontation appears to convince Drossos to spill the beans about who spread the rumors.

"I'm going to be very honest with you, there is a person that's talking so much garbage," Drossos admits in the clip.

She tells Laurita told her 'someone' asked her to share the negative rumors about people.

Jacqueline questions Penny: "Someone¹s telling you to call people out?"

"Yeah and it's funny because the person who starts the shit, hides," she answers. "What are you hiding from?"

Laurita presses but Brossos won't share who insisted she spread rumors.

"What the f***? She's speaking out of both sides of her mouth," Jacqueline says out of frustration in her confessional to the camera. "On one side, she's saying she didn't do it. The other side, she's saying someone put her up to it. I mean what are you, five? You make your own decisions. It doesn't matter what someone told you to do. You chose to do it. I blame you." 

During the episode, Melissa Gorga and her husband Joe Gorga head to Orlando to meet up with the super succesful music manager Johnny Wright. Giduice and Laurita go shopping together and learn about the big grand opening for Posche 2.  

The Posche 2 opening will be the backdrop for all the story lines in next week's season 5 finale episode.

A new episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will premiere at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo
