The preview trailer for the upcoming brand new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians reveals that Khloe Kardashian's troubles with her husband will be played out in the episode.

The clip below begins with a voice over saying "everyone wants to know what's going on with Khloe."

Kim Kardashian is seen trying to get Khloe to open up about her problems with her husband Lamar Odom.

"You are obviously trying to avoid something and you're afraid of it," Kim tells Khloe.

"Why are you guys so pushy?" Khloe fired back at Kim.

In her confessional to the cameras, Khloe vents her frustration at failing to get pregnant. She says she's ready to give up trying to get pregnant to have her first child with Odom. The couple have been trying to conceive since they wed on September 27, 2009.

Khloe, visibly upset, says, "I'm not ready to continue fertility treatments."

The voiceover reveals that Khloe has decided to not discuss her problems with her husband to her family.

"Some thing are just too personal to share," says the voiceover.

"There are some things that not everybody knows, and me and Lamar are the only two people that do need to know that," she says.

She's seen on the phone asking her NBA player husband if everything is ok.
