In 2013, several artists were forced to cancel shows. Some faced injuries while others had more demanding commitments.

EnStars put together a list of some of them.

The Jonas Brothers:

Just two days before they were supposed to go on tour, The Jonas Brothers cancelled their fall tour.

"There is a deep rift within the band," their rep told People. "There was a big a disagreement over their music direction."

The group was also expected to release its first album in four years sometime this year. The three brothers have yet to comment on the future of the album or the band.

American Idol Live Tour:

After the low ratings of season 12, the American Idol tour was shortened. The 11 finalists were expected to travel to almost 40 different venues in North America but several dates were cut.

"Due to production scheduling changes, the American Idol 2013 Tour will now begin on July 19th and go through the summer until August 31st," a spokesperson said in a statement. "The Idols look forward to performing in 30 venues across the country."

Lady Gaga:

Lady Gaga was forced to cancel the February and March dates of her Born This Way tour because she had to undergo hip surgery.

"To the fans in Chicago Detroit & Hamilton I hope you can forgive me, as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself. Im devastated & sad. It will hopefully heal as soon as possible, I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and Im sorry," she had written on her Facebook page after being forced to cancel.

Kelly Rowland:

Kelly Rowland was scheduled to go on the Lights Out tour with The-Dream over the summer. The singer, however, only played six dates before she cancelled the rest for her shows to judge X-Factor.

Lady Antebellum:

The group was forced to cancel several dates of its tour because singer Hilary Scott was pregnant.

"Lady Antebellum's previously announced performance at NEBRASKA1 and DAYS in North Platte on June 21st, 2013 has been cancelled," event organizers wrote on the website. "Hillary Scott is expecting her first baby and will not be able to travel and perform through the summer."

Yet, Lady Antebellum will perform more shows in November.

Neil Young & Crazy Horse:

Neil Young & Crazy Horse cancelled their four-city North American tour supposed to happen from August to September.

They were scheduled to play at the Capitol Theater in Port Chester in New York, the Greenbelt Harvest Picnic in Dundas, Ontario, the Ottawa Folk Festival in Ottawa, Ontario and the Interlocken Festival in Virginia. But, the guitarist, Frank "Poncho" Sampedro, injured his hand.

"We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes to our fans or the festivals where we were scheduled to appear," the band said in a statement. "As you must be, we too are disappointed at this unfortunate turn of events."
