Former America's Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne called NBC "a disgrace" for ignoring her makeup artist's claims that he suffered serious injuries on the set of the show.

It was announced Monday that Osbourne's makeup artist Jude Alcada was suing NBC after falling through a hole in the stage. The incident resulted in a broken femur and a damaged shoulder. Osbourne expressed her anger over NBC's alleged ignorance to TMZ.

"[It's] the worst stage in the entire world," Osbourne said of the AGT stage set. "Some guy designed a stage set with a hole in the middle. Somebody has to pay the price."

Alcada is suing NBC for negligence and demanding damages for not properly warning those working on the set of the hole.

Osbourne left America's Got Talent in 2012 after being a judge on the show for six seasons. The businesswoman claimed she left the show because of NBC's decision to cut her son Jack from a reality show after learning he had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

Though it was initially reported that Osbourne left over a feud with then new judge Howard Stern, she told TMZ that it wasn't true. "I adore Howard Stern - he's one of my good friends. Not true. I left because of NBC - you know why! Don't play s--- with me."

When asked if she would ever work for NBC again, Osbourne sharply replied, "Over my dead body. They can suck my lippo'ed a--."

America's Got Talent will return for season 9 in summer 2014.
