Weeds alum Hunter Parrish and Alias alum Victor Garber will be guest starring on Season 5 of The Good Wife.

CBS announced that Garber had joined the show on Oct. 17

The television network describes Garber's character as being a "strict and meticulous judge who is driven slowly crazy as he rules over a madhouse: a double jury trial with two defendants and two juries packed into his small and usually ordered courtroom."

The Hollywood Reporter reported that Parrish will also be guest starring this season. He will appear in the seventh episode, The Next Week, which will air on Nov. 10. Parrish will play a college student who is full of life and open to new experiences until he ends up being embroiled in the murder of a female classmate. He is caught in a "Kafkaesque DNA trip" and accused of murdering her, even though he claims he has never met her.

Other guest stars this season feature Melissa George, Jeffrey Tambor, Carrie Preston, Rita Wilson, John Benjamin Hickey, and Ben Rappaport.

In the next episode, Outside of the Bubble, of The Good Wife, which airs on Oct. 20 there will also be a lot of inside office politics and things will heat up as Diane's (Christine Baranski) Supreme Court candidacy will put her at odds with Will (Josh Charles).

In last week's episode, A Precious Commodity, Will held a secret meeting discussing Diane's exit package, but when he finally offered it to her, she rejected it. Will also asked Alicia if she would be willing to step into Diane's place, and Alicia did consider it. But after she saw how things went down between Will and Diane, Alicia told Cary that they needed to start planning their exit next week.

The Good Wife airs on Sundays at 8 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
