In the preview video for episode 7 og The Good Wife, part of its fifth season, it seems like Alicia is employing questionable tactics in her battle for clients with Lockhart/Gardner.

The Next Week features Alicia playing dirty to win clients for her new firm, Florrick/Agos. The clip shows one of the senior associates from Lockhart/Gardner asking her if she was going to blackmail them and, with a smile on her face, Alicia replies, "I have hurt you haven't I?"

In another interaction with Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski), Diane suggests that she feels like Alicia has changed.

"I had some of the best teachers in the world. I couldn't help but change," Alicia tells her.

The preview also shows Will Gardner (Josh Charles) giving one of Alicia's old and incarcerated clients hope by saying, "I am not giving up, don't you give up either."

In the upcoming episode Alicia also suspects that Lockhart/Gardner is spying on her firm, as Zach discovers that a webcam on Alicia's computer is being accessed remotely.

The guest stars in episode 7 include Hunter Parrish as Jeffery Grant, Roderick Hill as Patrolman Harris, Max Von Essen as Stephan, Derek Smith as Jim, Joshua Kobak as Anderson, Josh Green as Drew, Nathan Lane as Clarke Hayden and Flor De Liz Perex as the receptionist.

The Next Week airs Nov. 10  at 8 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
