The Carrie Diaries will resume, as it brings us through the journey of a young Carrie Bradshaw (AnnaSophia Robb), on Nov. 8.

Carrie vows to finally get over her love Sebastian Kydd (Austin Butler) in the next episode, Strings Attached. In typical Carrie fashion, getting over her man will reportedly not be easy. When a face from her past resurfaces, Maggie Landers (Katie Findlay) will be too distracted to do her college applications, much to the chagrin of Jill "Mouse" Chen (Ellen Wong).

A new character named Harlan (Scott Cohen) will also make Tom (Matt Letscher) an irresistible offer. Meanwhile, Walt Reynolds (Brendan Dooling) is fearful that his peers may find out that he is gay.

After spending her summer in Kyoto, Larissa Loughton (Freema Agyeman) returns and demands that Carrie and Walt go with her to a Japanese festival. At the event, sparks will fly when Larissa meets Samantha Jones (Lindsey Gort).

At the Japanese festival, Carrie will come to the conclusion that she must become Zen. Much like her Sex in the City character, Samantha will seduce a very flexible Ninja.

When Carrie returns home to Connecticut, her outlook to remain Zen does not go as planned. Ironically enough, Carrie ends up locked in a classroom with Sebastian.

The Carrie Diaries' next episode airs Friday, Nov. 8 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest info on this series.
