Selena Gomez brought out her smouldering side in a new behind-the-scenes video from the 21-year-old's recent photo shoot for Flaunt magazine 

The pop star is filmed in bed with a handsome and shirtless man while she wears only a lacy lingerie bra top and matching skirt. The brunette Texas native traded in her long hair for a bob haircut and blunt bangs for the shoot. In one scene she playfully pulls a lacy curtain over her head as the shirtless guy lying beside her shows her affection and plays guitar for her.

The short film, titled Searching and shot and directed by Victoria Mahoney, also shows the Slow Down singer walking the streets of Los Angeles wearing a variety of different high-fashion looks.

The former Disney star is centerstage in the 3-minute black and white video, which also features close-up clips in addition to the bedroom shots where she flaunts her body.

Searching is the accompanying video for the Spring Breakers star's latest photo shoot for Flaunt, which also she graced the cover of.

Gomez talked to the publication about her rivalry with Lorde that stems from her song Come and Get It. She responded to Lorde's statements that the song degrades and disrespects women.

"That's not feminism. [Lorde is] not supporting other women. That's my honest opinion, that's what I would say if I saw her," Gomez said. "I actually covered her song in all of my shows that I've done so far. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue that."

She opened up about being single at the Flaunt magazine party Thursday, Nov. 7 in Beverly Hills.

"I'm having fun. This has been the best year for me," she said. "I just turned 21, my record, the tour. I have a really good thing going."

Gomez's last serious boyfriend was Justin Bieber. The All Bad singer has been facing controversy as of late, most recently after he was filmed sleeping by a Brazilian woman he partied with. Bieber was also reportedly kicked out of a hotel in Argentina earlier in November due to his crazed fans causing a commotion outside of the accomdations, and prior to that he was charged with vandalism in Brazil.
