'Supernatural' Season 9 Spoilers: Will the Ghostfacers Return? A.J. Buckley Tweet Sparks Rumors

The pseudo reality show ghost hunting crew was formed by Harry Spangler (Travis Wester) and Ed Zeddmore (A.J. Buckley) and the Ghostfacers have appeared three times in nine seasons of the CW drama. However, they were so popular amongst Supernatural fans that they received their own web series for a time.

Back in June, Buckley riled up fans with the possibility of the pairs return by tweeting "#GhostFacers back S9 #SPN."

However, he then followed up with an explanatory tweet claiming that it was just a hopeful idea.
