Actor Terrence Howard tied the knot for the fourth time to his girlfriend of just one month, Miranda.

There's not much information about the Canadian woman but she was first spotted with Howard, 44, at several red carpet events, including The Best Man Holiday premiere in Los Angeles on Nov. 5 where they both wore wedding bands. (See photos here)

A source confirmed to Radar Online that the sudden marriage was "not out of character" for Howard.

"It's another one of his outlandish moves, he only knew and/or dated her for about a month!" the source said.

No word on where the wedding ceremony for Howard and Miranda took place, but the Oscar nominee reportedly even called his ex-wife, Michelle Ghent, to tell her about the news.

"Terrence called up Michelle to tell her about the marriage and taunt her about it," a source close to the situation revealed. "She needs to cut him off for good."

Ghent claimed back in July that Howard "sucker-punched" and choked her while they were on vacation in Costa Rica. She claimed that he threatened her life with a knife during their fight, which started because she told him their rekindled relationship wasn't working.

Ghent said that he walked over to a bedside table where he kept two curved knives, 4-6 inches long, and used them to threaten her. According to court documents, Michelle also claimed that Howard owes her more than six-figures.

"Since the commencement date of 5/15/12, Terrence Howard has only made sporadic payments to me totaling $18,435 and owes an arrearage sum of $63,303... the Court finds that Terrence Howard owes me $122,221.64 including interest... legal fees to my lawyer, $15,500," the court papers read.
