In an Instagram photo uploaded on Saturday, Dec. 21, Beyonce may have taken aim at Miley Cyrus singing about a form of Ecstasy in her new song, according to reports.

Not long after Cyrus glorified the drug Molly in a recently released track, the 32-year-old wrote "I don't pop molly..." The message accompanied an image of Beyonce posing in a black dress as she attended her album party in New York City.

The message comes after Cyrus, 21, sang about the same illegal substance on the remix of French Montana's song Ain't Worried About Nothin,' which debuted on Dec. 17. The former Disney star can be heard singing about the party drug Molly, otherwise known as MDMA, which is the active ingredient in Ecstasy.

"Pop a Molly and you know you'll never stop,' Cyrus belts out. "You think I'm turned up wait until my album drops."

Though publications are claiming Beyonce was taking a dig at Cyrus, it is more likely is that Beyonce was referencing a track by her husband, Jay Z. The rapper first said "pop Molly" in his song Tom Ford, which came out during the summer. It goes, "I don't pop Molly, I Rock Tom Ford." Beyonce was also wearing a Tom Ford dress in her Instagram picture, making the connection to her husband's track even stronger.

This is not the first time the Wrecking Ball singer has referenced Molly in music. In We Can't Stop, the lead single off her Bangerz album, Cyrus sings about "dancing with Molly."

She opened up about the joys of what she called "happy drugs" in an interview with Rolling Stone earlier in the year. She told the magazine, "I think weed is the best drug on earth. One time I smoked a joint with peyote in it, and I saw a wolf howling at the moon."

"Hollywood is a coke town, but weed is so much better. And Molly, too. Those are happy drugs - social drugs," she added. "They make you want to be with friends. You're out in the open. You're not in a bathroom. I really don't like coke. It's so gross and so dark. It's like, what are you, from the '90s?"
