When the cursed teens of Ravenswood return for the second half of the season, Luke Matheson will be getting into a bit of legal trouble as he works to unravel the mythology behind the Five Pact and the death of his father.

Known as the skeptic of the group, Luke (Brett Dier) has been moodily resisting accepting the paranormal elements of his hometown. As the curse begins to intersects with his father's death and his mother's mysterious relationship with Miranda's (Nicole Gale Anderson) mortician uncle, Raymond Collins (Steven Cabral), Luke and his twin sister, Olivia (Merritt Patterson) will take on a larger role in solving the show's problems.

"[Luke's] definitely more involved than in the first half of the season, where he was to himself and didn't believe in anything," Dier said, according to Spoiler TV. "He's definitely doing some investigating by himself, with Remy and with his sister. There's even a cool couple of scenes with Luke and Caleb now, so there's some bromance going on."

Unfortunately for Luke, the second episode after the winter hiatus will strike very close to home for the twins. Titled "Home Is Where The Heart Is - Seriously Check The Floorboards," the episode smacks of a Tell-Tale Hart vibe and may result in Luke's arrest.

Meanwhile, the teen will be particularly troubled when the truth about Mr. Collins relationship with his mother manages to come to the surface.

"Oh yes! There's definitely some of that and it makes Luke extremely angry, so you'll see some of that too," Dier hinted, according to Spoiler TV.
