More performers were added to the list of performers at the 56th annual Grammy Awards, including Katy Perry, Lorde, Metallica, Nile Rodgers, Pharrell Williams and Stevie Wonder.

These new acts will join the previously announced performers - Daft Punk, Robin Thicke with Chicago, Kendrick Lamar with Imagine Dragons and Pink with Fun's Nate Ruess.

Merle Haggard, Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, and Blake Shelton will also take the stage for a special performance.

Two-time Grammy winner LL Cool J will host the event for the third consecutive year.

"I'm thrilled to be part of Music's Biggest Night," LL Cool J said in a statement before he hosted the show in 2012. "I will always have fond memories of my first Grammy Awards and to now be hosting the Grammy show, in the company of so many other incredible artists, is a dream come true. Great performances and great music - it's gonna be a great night!"

The biggest night in music will take place on Sunday, Jan. 26 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
