Gwyneth Paltrow is returning to Glee on the show's landmark 100th episode.

Paltrow, who won an Emmy for Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as substitute teacher Holly Holliday, is returning for Glee's 100th episode, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Paltrow's return as Holly comes when Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) finally succeeds in getting the glee club shut down.

Holly, along with previous Glee characters, come to visit glee club leader Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) and say goodbye. Among the actors returning are Dianna Agron (who plays Quinn), Heather Morris (Brittany), Amber Riley (Mercedes), Mark Salling (Puck), Harry Shum Jr. (Mike Chang) and Kristin Chenoweth (April Rhodes).

Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford will be guest-starring in Glee's 100th episode as well, according to E! Online. As for who Crawford will be playing, Morrison recently told the publication that he would probably be playing the love interest of Quinn.

"His name is Biff. He's kind of a Yalie degenerate," Morrison added. He also revealed that he and Chenoweth will be singing a song by P!nk in the episode.

Glee's 100th episode will consist of remixes of some of the show's most memorable songs. Glee fans were asked to vote on their favorite songs from the show's history, with the 10 most popular songs being remixed for the episode.

The two-part 100th episode of Glee is scheduled to air on March 18 and 25.

Glee season 5 returns Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
