Actor Stephen Amell gave away information with a few spoilers about season 2 of Arrow  at the recently held Dallas Comic Con event.

Amell plays one of the main characters, Oliver, on the show. The actor spoke about how his character arc will play out on the show during this season.

"Oliver has a back story...and we have a plan to tell that backstory over 5 seasons," he said. "That's the plan but all you ever think about is shooting Episode 18 right now. That's our forty-first episode...and all we think about is we need to make our forty-first episode better than our fortieth episode."

While Amell didn't dish on the juicy details in upcoming episodes he did let fans know that episode 15 would focus on Oliver and Laurel's relationship. The actor said that he watched episodes 14 and 15 right before taking the flight to Dallas. He highlighted episode 14, calling it the best episode in the series, pointing out a scene he and Katie Cassidy, who plays Laurel, share on screen. Amell said that the scene made him "incredibly proud" and that he was generally "blown away" by the episode, which is called The Promise.

Amell built further anticipation by stating that the season's finale would be of epic proportions owing to the amount of money being invested in it. While he doesn't have a clue about how it will play out -- the filming won't be finished until April 17 -- he did suggest that it would be big.

"Some people haven't heard about the size and scope of our finale," he said. "We are actually saving money on episodes we are shooting right now so that we can put it into the finale. And I have no idea how they are gonna turn that around in time."
