Despite being saved by a non-elimination leg in the last episode, an Amazing Race All-Stars team may find themselves knocked out of the competition when the race heads to Sri Lanka.

Brenchel Wants Other Teams To Think They're Just 'Hanging Out?'

After encountering a difficult detour in Kuala Lumpur, Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly, collectively known as "Brenchel" arrived last at the pit stop. However, because it was a non-elimination leg, the couple was saved for one more week, with the condition that they would encounter an extra task during the next leg, known as a "Speed Bump."

However, in a preview of the episode, titled Can't Make Fish Bite, the speed bump may not be what actually does the newlywed couple in, as they could potentially miss an extremely important connecting flight.

Mark Jackson and Mallory Ervin 'Would Never Race Together Again' Following Early Elimination?

The clip shows them running frantically running through an airport as they try to make a flight. As a close-up on a screen which says the gate for their flight is closing appears, Rachel's voice can be heard saying, "Oh my god, oh my god!"

If they miss their flight, it could set them back far enough to make it impossible for them to catch back up to the other teams and avoid elimination this time around. However, the preview is also touting the episode as "the closest leg ever," meaning the two could again avoid elimination.

Meanwhile, the other teams are set to encounter some more complicated tasks in Sri Lanka, including what appears to be a difficult fishing roadblock, as well as a detour which allows the teams to choose between spinning plates and sewing pants.

A roadblock task is one performed by only one member of each team, making the fishing task (which shows both Cord and John perched on high poles in the water as they try and catch fish swimming below them), the likely roadblock on the leg. Based on John's saying "This is starting to become a nightmare," as well as the episode's title, the task will be challenging for some teams as they cannot, in fact, control how they fare in this task.

As for the detours, it appears that Harlem Globetrotters Flight Time and Big Easy will choose the spinning task, while cowboy brothers Jet and Cord will choose the sewing one.
