Though she seems to have been able to escape punishment for assorted crimes in Port Charles, Ava Jerome's (Maura West) days could still be numbered on General Hospital.

Morgan Spills Ava's Secrets To Julian?

Her recent betrayal of Morgan (Bryan Craig) by sleeping with his father, Sonny (Maurice Bernard), led her young ex-lover to spill the beans about how she gave Sonny access to all of Julian's (Michael DeVry) files to her brother. Now, Julian and his secret bankroller, Luke (Anthony Geary) will need to figure out how to handle her betrayal, and in the Friday, May 2 episode, they will discuss just how they'll go about it.

"Let's deal with Ava," Luke says to Julian in the clip.

Sonny & Ava Betray Morgan?

Considering Julian, Ava and Sonny are all engaged in a mob war, dealing with Ava could have deadly results -- and leave Port Charles without its resident female villain.

However, Ava will also learn that her brother is now aware of her big secrets, and could swiftly move to take action against him as a result.

"Julian knows?" she asks Sonny.

"Yes," he replies.

The duo of Ava and Sonny have already proved powerful when it comes to killing once before -- tag teaming to remove A.J. Quartermaine from the scene -- though Sonny still doesn't know that he aided Ava in getting rid of the person who knew she had killed his former love, Connie.

Her secrets could come out, however, if Carly (Laura Wright) and Franco (Roger Howarth) can find a new angle into their investigation on her. They know Sonny shot A.J. for her, but don't why, and in order to protect her son Michael (Chad Duell), Carly is determined to find out what Ava is hiding.

"We still have no idea this secret Ava's keeping," she says.

She and Franco had gotten closer to finding out the truth through Ava's henchman Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise), but things changed after Ava made good on her threat to him that she would cause harm to Sabrina (Teresa Castillo). Now, Carlos has confessed to the murder he didn't commit, and is headed to prison for the crime.

"I killed A.J. Quartermaine," he says to police chief Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
