Apollo Nida Fraud Charges: Phaedra Parks' Talks 'Letting It Play Out' & Says She 'Built' Kenya Moore? [VIDEO]
Apollo Nida has revealed he is preparing to face jail time for his serious fraud charges, including identity theft and bank fraud.

While making an appearance to support his wife, Phaedra Parks, on the last round of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Nida was asked about his legal woes and if he could speak on it.
Nida responded, "We're just gonna let it play out."
But his next move is what still has everyone talking. The fitness guru decided to turn the tables on Kenya Moore, who has been accused of coming on to him several times. While coming at her, he did confess that he understands he could be going to prison.
"I can say one thing, when [Kenya] is running her mouth all the time...You best hope nothing happens to me. Because you might not have a job. You know why? I'm your story line. I sustain your carer. For two years. So while you run around here, every talk show, Apollo this, Apollo that, you should be paying me. I built you. I built you. Ok? So stop playing games. That's all I have to say about my legal situation."
But he still didn't stop there. He told Moore he could give her his P.O. Box information "just in case I am gone," so she could send him money.
Though she didn't have any response for Nida on the reunion special, she was the first housewife to publicly speak out about Nida's charges just one day after he was arrested in January.
The former Miss USA tweeted, "Loseres never win. I have always seen through ppl and I was the first to tell you last season about these ppl and who they really are. #dirty"
She even implied that Phaedra Parks was involved in a following tweet.During a recent interview on Bethenny, Moore also said that she believes Nida is "absolutely" going to jail as well.
For now, he has taken the first steps in taking a plea deal.
