While The Dream has expressed his innocence after being accused of violently attacking his pregnant ex-girlfriend Lydia Nam, photos of her injuries were recently made available to the public.

In the images, which have been obtained by TMZ, Nam appears to have bruises and cuts on her arm and wrist.

According to the criminal complaint filed by Nam several months after the alleged incident occurred, The Dream pulled and dragged her by the hair and strangled her with a necklace she was wearing at the time. She also said that he kicked, punched her and pinned her to the wall. See photos here:

She also claimed that she tried to call the police, but when she did, he twisted her arm and threatened to kill her "like O.J. Simpson killed Nicole Brown." Nam also said she waited to press charges because she feared for her life.

This past Wednesday, The Dream, who is the songwriter behind Beyonce's hit-song, Single Ladies turned himself into the NYPD.

A NYPD rep confirmed to Rolling Stone that The Dream was also booked for three misdemeanors--assault, acting in a manner injurious to a child and reckless endangerment.

"Dream voluntarily surrendered to the Midtown North Precinct this morning in order to responsibly address the false allegations filed against him by Lydia Nam," a rep for the producer said in a statement. "He is innocent of the charges filed against him today, and we are confident that when this case is concluded and all the evidence has been reviewed, it will be clear that he is innocent."
