Sons of Anarchy Season 7 will usher in a slew of new characters as the series prepares for its dramatic conclusion.

Sons of Anarchy Season 7 Premiere Details Revealed?

The seventh season of Sons of Anarchy will feature the introduction of a soldier who "doesn't put up with any b.s." according to a new spoiler report by E! Online. The report also reveals that there will be an "imposing" jail guard introduced as well.

As Enstars previously reported, another new character slated for introduction in Season 7 is a female sheriff named Alice Johnson. As E! Online describes her, Alice is an "uptight sheriff with an edgy sense of humor."

Marilyn Manson Playing Heroin Addict In Sons of Anarchy?

Considering Sons of Anarchy essentially cleared house in Season 6, with the deaths of Clay (Ron Perlman) and Tara (Maggie Siff), there is room for new characters on the show.

Season 7 will also include the return of some recurring characters, like Nero (Jimmy Smits) and Charles Barosky (Peter Weller). The status of CCH Pounder, who plays Tyne Patterson, is currently unknown, as she will be starring in NCIS: New Orleans, which will be airing on CBS this fall.

It is always possible that Pounder could do an episode or two for Sons of Anarchy, but it can be assumed that she will not have as big of a presence as she did in Season 6.

As Sons of Anarchy heads for its final season, the writing team is confident in providing a final chapter of the motorcycle saga to its loyal fans.

"It's nice to know you're satisfying those fans and closing that book and you know there's no better satisfaction than finishing a great book you love and it's nice to be one of the people writing the last chapter with everybody else in that room," said writer Mike Daniels on an episode of The Writers' Room in early May.

Sons of Anarchy Season 7 premieres in fall 2014 on FX, though the network has not announced an official premiere date yet.
