Apollo Nida might have been looking a little shook when T.I. confronted him about speaking on his fraud charges recently, but now Phaedra Parks' husband has lots to say about the Ball rapper.

T.I. Explains Checking Apollo Nida

For a little history between the two, Nida was recently accused of agreeing to be an informant for the FBI as part of his plea deal when he pleaded guilty to serious fraud charges. He took to his Twitter to let fans know that he is not only a celebrity snitch, but signed a similar deal to T.I. and Michael Vick when they were in legal trouble. T.I. got wind of the comments and confronted Nida for implying that he was an informant as well.

During a recent appearance on The Ryan Cameron Show on Atlanta's V-103 radio station, Nida spoke about the conflict and said, "First of all, I know Tip. I thought he was coming up being a man, being supportive because he's been throughout the situation. That's what I thought."

Instead, Nida was met wit T.I.'s aggressive approach and prepared himself to get physical if necessary.

"He was hostile, so I jumped back a little bit and put my phone in my pocket, because if this thing is about to go down then let me get ready..."

Even though Nida took the blame for mentioning T.I., he went on to say that T.I. could have handled the whole ordeal a little more privately and even suggested that the rapper used the incident to get more publicity.

"Tip knows how to get in contact with me. If this was an issue, you just don't make it an issue right there and try to sit there and try to make it a ploy just to boost whatever you got going on at the time...I can't tolerate disrespect. I really played that situation real humble. I was humiliated by it. I didn't even know the cameras were rolling. That is not how men handle the situation."

Nida is scheduled to be sentenced on July 8 and is facing up to 30 years behind bars. He pleaded guilty to federal charges including identity theft earlier this month.
