Michelle Duggar may already have 19 kids, but could the star of 19 and Counting be having more children with husband Jim Bob Duggar?

Are The Duggar's Considering Adoption?

Probably not, but Michelle Duggar wont say no. On last week's episode of the hit show, the matriarch said, "Conception is not totally impossible, but most unlikely."

Duggar's 19 children range in age from 4-25, with her daughter Josie being the youngest. "We've always put this in Gods hands," Jim Bob Duggar said, "and if God wants to give us more children, we are going to be happy either way." Josie was born premature in 2009, after Michelle suffered a rare condition during her pregnancy that causes high blood pressure. Michelle lost her twentieth child to miscarriage back in 2011.

The Duggar's Try A New Adventure

Since Michelle is a childbearing expert, the religious figure was asked if pregnancy was easier now or in her younger days. Michelle said she didn't think "you can call labor and delivery easy no matter how many times you have been through it."

Michelle said that while experience helps through the labor process, each pregnancy is obviously different. She also shared that good nutrition helps and she has been to childbirth classes.

The mom even revealed that she has been doing Weight Watchers to get rid of those post-baby pounds. "I have more energy and am much more active," Duggar shared about using the weight loss program. "I needed the accountability to help take it off."
