After proving her pregnancy to Sonny (Maurice Bernard), Ava Jerome (Maura West) has officially cleared herself from being murdered for nine more months -- but things may not be so easy for her after all on General Hospital.

Ava Proves She's Pregnant?

She admitted she could be pregnant with either Sonny's child or his son, Morgan's (Bryan Craig), and now, she will learn neither father or son will want much of anything to do with her, despite the fact that she could be carrying one of their heirs.

In a preview clip for the Wednesday, June 4 episode, just how much neither one of them wants something to do with her will become extremely clear.

Ava Drops A Bomb On Sonny?

"The baby is the only thing keeping Ava breathing," Sonny says to Carly (Laura Wright) in the preview clip.

Carly is appalled that Ava is still alive, now that the truth about her murdering Connie is out in the open, and will likely want to kill her herself because she doesn't believe Ava could really be carrying Sonny or Morgan's child.

Morgan will also have an adverse reaction to the pregnancy news, and will inform Ava that if the baby is his, he doesn't want to be a father to it, because her betrayal by sleeping with Sonny was too great for him.

"I think you should get an abortion," Morgan says.

Morgan doesn't yet know that Ava and Sonny teamed up to kill A.J., or that Ava killed Connie, so his suggestion not only stuns Ava, but worries her that despite Sonny's usual piousness about women being pregnant, he too could suggest that for a solution -- which would leave her without extra time to convince him not to kill her in retribution for her previous crimes.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
