Big Brother Cameras Switching To HD For First Time For Season 16

As part of the Big Brother live feed roll out, CBS posted videos of popular contestant Jeff Schroeder talking to show producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan, and both are teasing a "curveball" in the upcoming season.

"It gets challenging as the years go by, but we're always looking for ways to throw a major curveball at the houseguests," Meehan said before Grodner added:

'Scarlet' Power of Veto Twist Coming For Big Brother 16?

"You have to throw a curveball at the houseguests now that we're in our sixteenth season. You can't come in expecting to know how to play this game. It's just not going to work."

The promos for Big Brother 16 have been teasing "twist after twisted twist" as well, suggesting that the season will be unpredictable for both the cast and the longtime viewers.

Another video featured on the Big Brother live feeds featured Schroeder speaking with Mike "Boogie" Malin, who won Big Brother: All Stars and competed in two other seasons. In the video, Boogie gave some advice to the cast going into the house this summer. Among his five tips, he said,

-"In the beginning, just lay back. Someone is self-destructing the first week, for sure."

-"Don't play too fast, too soon."

-"Just kinda let the game come to you."

-"Don't get in a showmance."

-"Don't get in a bromance."

Fans can expect a cast announcement within the new two weeks.

Big Brother 16 premieres on Wednesday, June 25 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
