'Hawaii Five-0' Season 5 Premiere Date Announced, What Does Wo Fat Have Planned For Steve McGarrett?

While some fans worry that McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) will chose to partner up with Five-0's Lou Grover (Chi McBride) in the premiere, executive producer Peter Lenkov took to his Twitter to dispel any rumors regarding a possible split of the McDanno team.

"I just heard that the first show has Steve partnered with Grover not Danny! Absolutely 100% untrue," Lenkov wrote on Friday.

Although Scott Caan (Detective Williams) missed out on several episodes during season 4, a fact that often led to Grover jumping in by his side, it appears the McDanno duo will continue to fight side by side through season 5.

Or at least through the premiere.

When Hawaii Five-0 returns to CBS in September, McGarrett will have deal with Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) once more. The long running villain returned to McGarrett's island paradise yet again during the season 4 finale, and Wo Fat sent a message to his nemesis. As he saved Grover's daughter from the menacing Ian Wright (Nick Jonas), Wo Fat requested a meeting with the son of the woman that murdered his mother.
