Hawaii Five-0 will bring viewers back to the island paradise for a fifth season at the end of September.

CBS will return Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) and the rest of his task force to your television screens on Sept. 26. The Five-0 team will bring a host of new adventures to their regular Friday night, 10 p.m. ET slot.

Last May, the series wrapped the Ian Wright (Nick Jonas) storyline but left one of McGarrett's most notorious enemies on the shores of the 50th state. With the heavily burned baddie planning a met up with our inquisitive hero, hopefully McGarrett will get a few answers as to how Wo Fat's (Mark Dacascos) decidedly living father will figure in the picture.

During season 4, McGarrett put to rest a major fan speculation that implied he was actually related to the notorious criminal. Although he may not be Wo Fat's brother, McGarrett's family is inextricably linked to his through Doris McGarrett's (Christine Lahti) CIA hit on Wo Fat's father. Unfortunately, and seemingly much to Doris' regret, Mrs. McGarrett failed to take out her intended target all those years ago and instead put a bullet in Wo Fat's mother.

Now all that remains is to figure out where Daddy Wo Fat is hiding and whether or not his son is privy to this information.
