Benzino and Althea Heart are all smiles in the latest picture of the couple that the Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star posted on Instagram, but fans took the opportunity to warn him to sign a prenuptial agreement before they say their "I dos."

Benzino shared a picture with his more than 347,000 followers on the social site Sunday. While he's smiling as Heart, or as he likes to call her "Thi Thi" kisses his cheek, some fans warned him that she might have ulterior motives when it comes to being with him.

One wrote, "DO THE PRENUP. DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GIVE HER HALF OF EVERYTHING????"

Another advised Benzino that a prenup would confirm whether she was with him for him, or for his money and the perks that come with marrying him.

A third fan wrote, "I hope it's just a storyline. She straight came out and said she wants half of hip hop mag. I don't anybody know that wouldn't get one these days. I'd get one to protect my stuff I worked for!"

Another fan kept it simple and told Benzino,"You would be straight crazy if you don't get a prenup."

The fans comments come after a special episode of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta aired Thursday in which Benzino and Heart disagreed over signing a prenuptial agreement.

She also made the comment, "I want to own part of Hip Hop Weekly," which is Benzino's successful magazine.

Still, Benzino has been able to laugh off fan's comments that he is just using her.

He replied to a fan Thursday who wrote, "Benzino's marriage gonna be over by the time school start."

Benzino replied, "Now this one is funny!"
