Hope (Kim Matula) chose to defy her fiance's orders by accepting the Hope for the Future Diamond, but now the decision is severely impacting her relationship on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Liam Confronts Wyatt Over The Diamond Stunt

Liam (Scott Clifton) was extremely pissed off when Hope took the diamond from Wyatt (Darin Brooks), taking it as a sign that she was willing to let her ex interfere in their wedding plans once again-even though Hope insisted that she planned to just use it to increase publicity for her line. Now, after he angrily stormed out of the Forrester Creations offices, she will follow him back to Spencer and try to make him understand where she's coming from.

"It was a business decision," she says to him in a preview clip for the Monday, August 4 episode. "You are the only one making it personal."

Liam Ends Things With Hope After She Accepts The Diamond?

She may be able to talk him down a little bit from the emotional edge he's on, but things are not likely to improve for the couple after Wyatt arranges a trip to Paris with her, to heavily promote the line and the Diamond once more.

"I really don't think that I should be leaving right now. Liam is really upset," she says to Wyatt in the clip.

Wyatt may feel the need to head to Paris for personal reasons as well. His mother, Quinn (Rena Sofer) has returned from her extremely brief stint in a mental hospital after she tried to kill Liam, but she may not have actually been receiving help. Wyatt received a call from a Mexican detective who informed him that Ricardo Montemayor, the man who willed the diamond to Wyatt, was actually murdered-and Quinn could be a suspect in the crime.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
