'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' Fan Makes Art-Driven Titles For The Movie

The movie revealed a new viral site and character posters for the newly named District 13 on Wednesday. The viral site basically acts as the reveal of District 13 following their interruption of President Snow's broadcasts in the teaser trailer that have been released over the past month.

The character posters include new looks at Sam Claflin's Finnick, Jeffrey Wright's Beetee, Elizabeth Banks' Effie, Woody Harrelson's Haymitch, Philip Seymour Hoffman's Plutarch, and Julianne Moore's President Coin. All the characters are draped in grey colors, almost looking like they are in prison, and stand beside the new District 13 logo.

Early Expectations Has 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' As Biggest Film of 2014

According to First Showing, the posters were uncovered by linking a site found via phone by way of a QR code with TheCapitol.pn on a laptop or desktop computer.

The posters and viral site go along with the teaser trailers that are marketing this movie like a subliminal message. Mockingjay: Part 1 follows Katniss Everdeen as she leads the districts of Panem in a rebellion against the tyrannical and corrupt Capitol. As the war that will determine the fate of Panem escalates, Katniss must decipher for herself who she can trust and what needs to be done, with everything she cares for in the balance.

The film is directed by Francis Lawrence from a script by Danny Strong. It opens in theaters on November 21.
