The most recent episode of Rich Kids of Beverly Hills certainly saw tons of drama within the group, but also saw an intense moment of self-reflection amongst some members of the cast that could affect how they act the rest of the season.

Morgan Dishes On 'Rough Patch' With Brendan

While in China, Dorothy, Jonny and Morgan went to visit a school Dorothy's dad built for physically and mentally disabled children-which caused Morgan to open up about a huge secret that even her friends didn't know about her.

"Honestly, having a health issue is the most traumatic thing you can have, not having control over your own mind and body," she said during the episode. "Like for me, this place, I've never told you this...but my brother is schizophrenic. And that's something I don't really talk about with anybody, so to come here really strikes a chord within me."

Morgan later sat down with just the E! cameras for an interview portion of the show, where she went into more details about her brother, who is seven years older than her, and now resides in Switzerland.

"He just became so withdrawn, he just didn't function, he didn't leave his room," she said. "And then, eventually the voices started to kick in, and that's when my mom, I guess, took him in and they finally diagnosed what was going on."

Her mentioning of her brother is a first for Morgan, making fans wonder if he could potentially begin playing a bigger role in the show. While not a physical presence, the effects of his illness and how they in turn affect Morgan could become a topic for the season.
