Since part one of the episode aired Monday, rumors, particularly from her co-stars, have been swirling that Hernandez was on something. Stevie J told TMZ Thursday that Althea Heart, whose real last name is Eaton, is the main culprit for stating the rumors.

The music prodder said he is taking legal action against Heart because of it. He also spoke on Heart's lawsuit against Hernandez for punching her.

The reality star said that she and her fiancé Benzino are trying to use it as a copout to distract from the fact that Benzino hit Hernandez during the epic brawl. He also said it won't hold up in court since Bezino and Heart started the fight when they slammed Hernandez and Stevie J for being on drugs before the melee broke out.

"No grown man should hit a woman."

Benzino also candidly spoke with TMZ and said, "It's clear that him and his wh*re jumped off the couch and attacked us and whatever happened from there was merely self-defense."

Their co-star Tammy Rivera also suggested that Hernandez was on drugs when she fought her. She told VladTV earlier this week, "I really sorry for her more than I do hate her. I kinda feel sorry for her. I know what substance abuse looks like...I come from a substance abuse family. I know it all to well."
