First introduced in season 8's "As Time Goes By," Henry Winchester (Gil McKinney) was sucked out of the past thanks to Abaddon (Alaina Huffman) and died in his efforts to kill the Knight of Hell. A Men of Letters member, Henry never made it back to the young John Winchester, but he did introduce his grandsons to their role as legacies.

After Henry managed to snag a brief appearance in season 9's "Mother's Little Helper," fans have been wondering if McKinney's character could return in the future.
