Some major plans to expose criminal activity in Port Charles could go completely off-track when new obstacles get in the way on General Hospital.

Sabrina Learns The Truth About The Accident

Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) was convinced that Ava Jerome (Maura West) was the one responsible for the accident which killed her son, Gabriel, and swore revenge-which included giving Ava some pills that would force her to miscarry her own baby. However, after learning from Patrick (Jason Thompson) that Luke (Anthony Geary) may have been the one who actually ordered the accident, she will begin to second-guess her decision for revenge on Ava-and will seek out another visit with Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) to see if he has proof that proves her previous suspicions correct. However, the visit may go awry when she confesses to what she has done.

"What did you do?" Carlos asks her in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Oct. 8 episode.

If Sabrina confesses and then receives proof that she sought revenge against the wrong person she may try to find some way to fix things-though she could be too late, as Ava will once again experience some problems with her pregnancy-and if she took the pills Sabrina gave her, there is no way to save the baby.

"OH!" she screams in the preview clip as she doubles over in pain.

While Sabrina tries to sort out whether or not Ava was responsible for the accident, Patrick and Sam (Kelly Monaco) have flown to Amsterdam in the hopes of confronting Luke about it, and figuring out if he is the Jerome crime family boss. But though they're there for business, the two may still find themselves succumbing to pleasure-as the preview clip shows a topless Patrick leaning down and kissing Sam in bed.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
