In the upcoming final season of Fox's Glee, Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) will be broken up but one character will go to desperate measures to get them back together.

Glee Fan Favorites Puck, Tina, Quinn & More Returning For Final Season

A few new spoilers for an upcoming episode of the final season of Glee have been leaked, including pertinent info on Kurt and Blaine. For those who have been following along with previous episode spoilers, Kurt and Blaine are broken up by the time Season 6 hits, and Blaine has moved on to Karofsky (Max Adler), who was Kurt's former bully and happened to be a deeply closeted homosexual.

Blaine has moved back to Ohio and is dating Karofsky. Meanwhile, Kurt has also moved back in order to help Rachel (Lea Michele) revive the glee club at McKinley High. In Episode 4, Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) will be desperate to get them back together.

In Episode 5, according to new spoilers released by MJsBigBlog, a reliable Glee spoiler source, Sue will lock Kurt and Blaine in an elevator together.

Part of Sue's plan is also to scare the two of them, so she apparently rides a small bike similar to the one featured in Saw with the Jigsaw character.

The only other detail known for Episode 5 is that Adler is guest starring in it. This means he will be in more than four episodes this season, a significant run especially given its the final season.

Glee is slated to return for its sixth and final season in early 2015 on Fox, though the network has not yet announced a specific air date.
