Benzino's fiancée Althea Heart has fired back a police report toward Joseline Hernandez after it was rumored she and her husband Stevie J got Benzino and Heart kicked off VH1's Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.

Heart has officially filed papers with police in New York against Hernandez, citing her as the one who started the huge brawl that broke out during a recent reunion taping for the show.

Hernandez now has to steer clear of New York if she does not want to be arrested if pulled over. She could be up against charges as well, TMZ reported Tuesday.

But Heart did not end her legal actions there. She is also suing Hernandez under the grounds that she believes Hernandez was on cocaine during the attack. Hernandez was handed the court papers just last week at the home she and Stevie J share together.

Mimi Faust, Tammy Rivera and Debra Antney were the other co-stars attacked by Hernandez or Stevie J.

Hernandez seemed to have responded to Heart's recent actions via Twitter.

She wrote Tuesday night, "I like when h--s sleep, breath, s---, dream Joseline Hernandez. You can't f--- with the f--- around."

Fans saw the huge fallout between former best friends Stevie J and Benzino on the show and on Twitter. They were extremely close until Benzino started dating Heart, who confessed that she and Stevie J had a fling before she met Benzino. Since then, Heart and Hernandez also fell out and the men took the sides of their ladies. There is possibly more to the story but neither party has confirmed.
